The campaign starts on 1 March 2025 at 00:00 and ends on 30 April 2025 at 23:59.
Rewards are estimated will be delivered within: 5-8 weeks.
The campaign is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above, except for employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, their advertising and sales promotion agencies, dearlers, distributors and sub-distributors.
1. Purchase the eligible TOSHIBA product as per the requirements.
2. Visit the campaign website.
3. Fill in the Redemption Form with proof of purchase and agree on the Terms & Condition.

Ensure that the mobile phone number linked to your TNG eWallet account is active and has not reached its limit. If your eWallet is full, invalid, or unable to accept the reward, Toshiba Sales and Services Sdn. Bhd. (TSS) reserves the right to withhold the reward. No reimbursement or alternative arrangements will be made in such cases.
Unfortunately, submissions received after 10 May 2025 are not eligible for rewards.
There are several reasons why the submission is rejected; please refer to the Remark column for the reason.
1. Incomplete warranty card information - Ensure your warranty card is filled out with your information. Resubmit the form once completed.
2. No invoice/receipt or warranty card - Kindly resubmit the form with the required documents. Please provide a clear photo of the invoice and the filled-out warranty card side by side. See sample.
There is a known issue with direct snapping from iPhones — identical file names may cause files to overwrite one another during upload. Please ensure to snap the documents together as per our upload instructions.
3. Duplicate submissions - The invoice/product serial number has already been submitted by someone else. Please note, submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the earliest submission with complete documents.
4. Incorrect or No product serial number - The product serial number is missing or incorrect in the submission. Please resubmit with the correct product serial number. You can find the serial number on the machine or product box, usually beginning with "S/N." .
There are several reasons why you may not have received the eWallet credit:
1. The product you purchased may not be eligible for eWallet redemption. Please refer to the campaign leaflet and terms & conditions for more details.
2. Your submission may have been rejected because the proof of purchase you provided is incomplete or invalid according to our terms and conditions.
3. The mobile phone number you submitted may be incorrect, invalid, or not registered with Touch 'n Go eWallet.
4. Your Touch 'n Go eWallet may be at full capacity and unable to receive additional credits.
5. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. The eWallet credit quota for the product may have been fully redeemed.
6. We may not have received your submission. Please ensure that you have submitted your entry through the redemption form on the campaign page [https://toshiba-lifestyle.com/my/promotions/2025-Raya-Gemilang].
7. There may be unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in processing submissions.
8. We reserve the right to reject any submissions that violate our terms and conditions.
