Alternatively, you can also access product registration through the campaign banner in Step 4 and register your product by participating in the campaign.

In the TSMARTLIFE App,
Go to Myclick on the Beyond Details Buy & Win banner to access the campaign page.


Ensure your TSmartLife App region is set to Malaysia to access this campaign. (Region Setting: My > Settings > Region)

In the campaign page, click and read the <Terms & Conditions>.
 If you are agree, check the I had read and agreed on <Terms and Conditions>.
Then, click the Participate button to participate and wait for approval.

Once approved, you will get in-app notification you've won a lucky draw ticket.

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The "BEYOND DETAILS BUY & WIN" Promotion Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Toshiba Sales And Services Sdn. Bhd. 197701001541 (32538-D) (the “Organiser”). The Campaign offers participants the chance to win a Lexus ES 250 Premium, a Japandi refrigerator, a T25 Washer Dryer, or 1 of 10 microwave ovens.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign starts on 1 August 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 15 January 2025 at 23:59 (the “Campaign Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above, except for the employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, their advertising and sales promotion agencies, as well as principals and sub-distributors.

4. Purchase Requirements

Participants must purchase a minimum of 2 units of TOSHIBA products, which must include either 1 unit of a refrigerator, washing machine, or dishwasher, and an additional 1 unit of a small home appliance, microwave oven, or water heater. The total purchase value must be RM2,000 and above. The purchases must from any electrical appliance store (whether online or in-store) that is an authorized TOSHIBA dealer.

 

5. Eligible Products

All Toshiba products are eligible for this campaign, provided the minimum purchase requirements are met.

6. Submission Process

Participants must download the TSmartLife app to register their products and agree to join the lucky draw via the campaign banner. All entries must be submitted before 15 January 2025 by 23:59 to be eligible for the Campaign.

7. General Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Campaign, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Property of Entries: All entries received shall become the property of the Organiser. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  • Rejection of Entries: The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entry that is suspected or found to have tampered with the Campaign process at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

  • Participant Responsibility: Participants shall be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable, insurance, and other additional costs involved as a result of participation in this Campaign or redeeming any gifts thereunder. By accepting/using any gifts, Participants agree to indemnify the Organiser, all its business partners and other parties related to the Campaign, including their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damages, loss, or liability incurred and against any failure to remit the tax payable to the relevant authorities related to his/her participation in the Campaign and his/her acceptance, redemption, or use of any free gifts.

  • Conduct: Participants are kindly reminded to treat the Organiser’s staff with respect and dignity at all times and refrain from any form of abusive behaviour, whether in writing or verbal form. The Participants’ patience, consideration, and courtesy in this regard are much appreciated.

  • Use of Personal Information: By participating in the Campaign, the Participant(s) have agreed and consented to give the Organiser the rights to use his/her personal particulars and/or information for the purposes of, including but not limited to, advertising and/or any other forms of publicity from time to time without any fees, costs, and expenses. The Participant(s) may make his/her request via email to the Organiser (tss.campaign@toshiba.com.my) in the event he/she intends to withdraw his/her consent to disclose any personal information held by the Organiser.

  • Amendment of Terms: The Organiser reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

When does the campaign start and end?

The campaign starts on 1 August 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 15 January 2025 at 23:59.

Who is eligible to participate in the campaign?

What are the purchase requirements to participate?

Participants must purchase a minimum of 2 units of TOSHIBA products. This must include either 1 unit of a refrigerator, washing machine, or dishwasher, and an additional 1 unit of small home appliances, microwave oven, or water heater. The total purchase value must be RM2,000 and above.

Do the two purchases need to be on a single receipt from the same dealer?

It is not necessary for the purchases to be on a single receipt or from the same dealer. Separate purchases of multiple items within the campaign period are allowed.


Example:

 

  • On August 1st, a customer bought a refrigerator from Dealer A for RM1,200.
  • On August 3rd, the same customer bought a kettle from Dealer B for RM250.
  • On August 5th, they bought a water heater from Dealer C for RM900.

If the customer registers all these products in the TSmartLife app, the system will capture all the purchases.
 

The customer will then earn 1 lucky draw ticket with a combination of purchases such as (Refrigerator + Kettle + Water Heater) or (Refrigerator + Water Heater).
 

  • Condition 1 Met: Purchase of 2 or more category products.
  • Condition 2 Met: Total value exceeding RM2,000.
     

Additionally, if the customer buys a washer on August 10th from Dealer A for RM2,200, they will have 2 lucky draw tickets:

  • Ticket 1: Refrigerator + Water Heater
  • Ticket 2: Washer + Kettle
How do I participate in the campaign?

1. Purchase the eligible TOSHIBA products as per the requirements.

2. Download the TSmartLife app to register your products individually.

3. Agree to join the lucky draw via the campaign banner on the app.


All entries must received before 15 January 2025 by 23:59.

Why is there no update on my participation?

There could be several reasons:
 

  1. Invalid Documents Uploaded: Please ensure you have uploaded the correct documents. An invoice and product warranty card are compulsory. Other documents such as delivery orders, sales orders, cash bills, and other forms of proof of purchase are not accepted.
     

  2. Purchases Not from Authorized Dealers: Ensure that your purchases were made from authorized dealers. Purchases from unauthorized sellers may not qualify for the campaign.
     

  3. Incorrect Product Registration: All products must be registered separately, even if they are on the same invoice. If you have one invoice with two or more products, each product must be registered individually. A single product registration with one invoice and two different product warranty cards is not acceptable.
     

  4. Minimum Conditions Not Met: The total purchase value must exceed RM2,000, and the purchases must include products from different categories. If your purchases do not meet these conditions, your participation may not be valid.
     

  5. Pending Verification: Your submission may still be under review, and the verification process may take some time. Please be patient as our team processes your submission.
     

  6. Technical Issues: There may be a delay due to technical issues with the TSmartLife app. Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version and try resubmitting if necessary.
     

  7. Incomplete Submission: Double-check that you have completed all necessary fields and steps in the registration process. Incomplete submissions may not be processed.

Why can't I view the banner in the TSmartLife App?

To view the campaign banner, you must have a registered account and be logged in. Also, make sure your app region setting is set to Malaysia. You can access this setting via My > Settings > Region.

Can I submit product registrations at different times?

Yes, you can submit different product registrations at different times. However, the verification process may take some time. Once approved, you will receive a lucky draw ticket.

Is the PWP item in Sama-Sama Gemilang eligible for the Beyond Details Buy & Win?

Yes, the Sama-Sama Gemilang PWP item is eligible for the Beyond Details Buy & Win lucky draw, provided you register both products separately in the TSmartLife app. The same invoice must be uploaded for the PWP item. Please note that the minimum total purchase value of RM2,000 must be met.

Can I register the product on the website?

No, all product registrations must be done via the TSmartLife app. If you register your product on the website, your participation will not be recorded.

How can I check the number of lucky draw tickets I have?

You can check the number of lucky draw tickets you are entitled to on the campaign page within the TSmartLife app.

What happens after my submission is approved?

Once your submission is approved, you will receive an in-app notification to inform you that you have received a lucky draw ticket.

I have tried to repeat the registration according to the instructions on the app, but it failed many times.

There may be occasional hiccups with server connections. If you continue to encounter errors, we advise you to upload the error log file for our IT team to investigate.
