How can I check the status of my submission?

When does the campaign start and end?

The campaign starts on 15 November 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 31 December 2024 at 23:59.

When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are estimated will be delivered within:

  • 4-8 weeks for West Malaysia
  • 8-12 weeks for East Malaysia
Who is eligible to participate in the campaign?

The campaign is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above, except for employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, their advertising and sales promotion agencies, and distributors and sub-distributors.

What are the purchase requirements to participate?

To qualify, purchase eligible products from at least two different categories during the campaign period from authorized Toshiba dealers (online or in-store). Your reward options include TNG eWallet credits, free gifts, or a mix of both, depending on your purchase combination.

How do I participate in the campaign?

1. Purchase the eligible TOSHIBA products as per the requirements.

2. Visit the campaign website.

3. Fill in the Redemption Form with proof of purchase.


All entries must received before 10 January 2025 by 23:59.

Is the Free Gift in Beyond Presents, Experience Joy! eligible for the Beyond Details Buy & Win?

Yes, the Beyond Presents, Experience Joy! free gift is eligible for the Beyond Details Buy & Win lucky draw, provided you register both products separately in the TSmartLife app. The same invoice must be uploaded for the free gift. Please note that the minimum total purchase value of RM2,000 must be met, and all entry must receive on or before  the closing date 15 Jan 2025.

What should I do if my TNG eWallet reward is not credited?

Ensure your contact details remain consistent. If your eWallet is full, invalid, or cannot accept the reward, TSS reserves the right to withhold the reward. No reimbursement will be made in such cases.

What if I miss the redemption deadline?

Unfortunately, submissions received after 10 January 2025 are not eligible for rewards.

Why is my submission rejected?

There are several reasons why the submission is rejected; please refer to the Remark column for the reason.

1. Incomplete warranty card information - Ensure your warranty card is filled out with your information. Resubmit the form once completed.

 

2. No invoice/receipt or warranty card - Kindly resubmit the form with the required documents. Please provide a clear photo of the invoice and the filled-out warranty card side by side. See sample.


There is a known issue with direct snapping from iPhones — identical file names may cause files to overwrite one another during upload. Please ensure to snap the documents together as per our upload instructions.

 

3. Duplicate submissions - The invoice/product serial number has already been submitted by someone else. Please note, submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the earliest submission with complete documents.

 

4. Incorrect or No product serial number - The product serial number is missing or incorrect in the submission. Please resubmit with the correct product serial number. You can find the serial number on the machine or product box, usually beginning with "S/N." .

Why have I not received the eWallet credit?

There are several reasons why you may not have received the eWallet credit:

 

1. The product you purchased is not be eligible for eWallet redemption. Please refer to our campaign leaflet for more details.

2. The proof of purchase you provided may be incomplete or invalid according to our requirements.

3. The mobile phone number you submitted may be incorrect, invalid or not registered with Touch 'n Go eWallet.

4. Your Touch 'n Go eWallet may be at full capacity and unable to receive additional credits.

5. The redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. The eWallet credit quota for the product has been fully redeemed.

6. We have not received your submission. Please ensure that you have submitted your entry through the form on this page.

7. There are unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in processing the submissions.

8. We reserve the right to reject any submissions that violate our terms and conditions.
