1.Job Description of  Head of KWH (Kitchen And Water Heater) ( Electrical Appliances)

Experienced in Electrical Appliances will be the shortlisted

  • Developing sales strategies for Water solution business
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key customers and acquiring new potential customer
  • Manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to strategic decision-making

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role working in Water solution business
  • Fluent in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

 

2.Job Description of  Service Technical Training (Assistance Manager)

  •  A technical training assistance manager is responsible for overseeing and developing training programs for technical teams and ASP (Authorized Service Provider). Need a combination of technical knowledge, instructional design skills, and leadership abilities to effectively fulfill responsible role.
  •  Experienced in Electrical Home Appliances will be the shortlisted

Qualification

  • Good command of English (compulsory)  
  • 5 years’ experience in technical training experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IE or relevant fields
  • Strong leadership, strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of technology: A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential for designing and delivering relevant training programs.
  • Knowledge of industry trends: Staying updated on the latest technological advancements and industry best practices is crucial.
  • Curriculum development: The ability to create comprehensive and engaging training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and assessments.
  • Learning methodologies: Understanding various teaching methods and selecting the most appropriate ones for different learners and topics.

 

 

3.Job Description of  Salesman (Northern Area)

  • Handle customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by building, strengthening and maintaining good relationship with all accounts.
  • Well manage in AR collections performance and move fast on past-due receivables.
  • Forecast and control sales planning to ensure target result.
  • Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales.  

Qualification

  • Have experience more 2-5 year in field.
  • Good presentation skill and negotiation with customer.
  • Experienced on order negotiation and well understand how to deal with home appliance customer on sell , budget, marketing and service

 

 

4.Job Description of  Demand & Supply Planning - Supply Chain Management (Senior Staff)

  • Lead monthly S&OP meeting with Sales & Product marketing team to review planning figures such as PSI, forecast accuracy, sales trend, inventory level.
  • Responsible on system management or develop the system when needed. Take ownership to improve the system to be the most efficient
  • Utilize the provided system to manage overall supply chain operation in order to smooth the business operation and to enhance sales target achievement
  • Manage company's KPI; key purpose of build up a long term healthy business
  • Recommend, suggest PM team to have better PSI, by analyzing the historical data and showing the data-oriented suggestion
  • To be the center of controlling aging, coordinate with concerned parties to monitor aging inventory situation

Qualification

  • Good command of English  
  • Experience on supply chain management and logistics field is a plus
  • Requirement on excel or big data management
  • Able to Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level and above) or big data management

 

 

5.Job Description of  Spare Parts Service Staff

  • To operate spare parts transactional inbound-outbound and parts packing control.
  • Communicate and contact transportation agents.
  • Cooperates an assistant with store leader and document.

Qualification

  • At least 1 year for experience in field of store warehouse service operation.
  • Proficient for analyze data and using Excel's formulas or other analysis application. 
  • Spare parts knowledge base.
  • Driving license.

 

6.Job Description of  Product Trainer (Senior Staff)

  • Training/ developing the trainer and the promoter/ sales forces. 
  • To initiate product training/ developing the trainer and the promoter/ sales forces. Training plan/roadmap for internal and external target groups.
  • Create training content and revise product marketing material.
  • Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to design and develop product training that reflects an expected outcome. 
  • Able to evaluate the knowledge of training courses to meet company targets. 
  • Review and refresh of current product knowledge.
  • Build confidence and trust in product via product training sessions. 
  • Ensure trainee’s product knowledge strong enough to convince customers.
  • Provide tips & tricks for selling products. 
  • Create/ adjust a modern style of training method to attract/ stimulate the power of sales. 
  • Involve/ assist in marketing initiatives such as key customer meetings and presentations. 

Qualification

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or any related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Trainer, Product Specialist or a related field preferred 
  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing skills
  • Excellence in presentation skills.

 

7.Job Description of  Technician Staff

  • Taking care the repair job as per leader assignment.
  • Internal and onsite service to maintenance and repair HA (Home appliance) and SDA (Small domestic application) products.
  • Inspection / rework / repair / test and cleaning in field of refurbishment type.
  • Provide technical information on technical check list form to be the data in iService system

Qualification

  • At least 1 year for experience in field of service repairing.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and mechanical.
  • Driving license for car and motor cycle.
