These terms and conditions govern your participation in the contest, competition or promotional campaign ("Contest") organized by Toshiba Sales And Service Sdn Bhd ("Organizer"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

1. All the Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and who are residents of Malaysia. Employees of the Organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate.

2. By entering the Contest, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you comply with these terms and conditions.

Contest Period:

1. The Contest period will be announced by the contest sponsor. ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received by the Organizer by the end of the Contest Period.

How to Enter:

1. Participants must follow the instructions provided by the contest Organizer. Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Prize:

1. The prize for the Contest will be announced by the contest sponsor. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be selected by the contest sponsor using a random drawing or other selection method as determined by the contest sponsor. The winner will be notified by email, phone, or other means of communication within a reasonable time after the end of the Contest Period.

2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

3. The Organizer's decision in selecting the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity:

1. By entering the Contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

General:

1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest at any time without notice, for any reason.

2. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or other errors that may occur.

3. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest.

4. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the participant, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

5. The Contest is governed by the laws of [Applicable Laws], and any disputes arising out of the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

6. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
