When is the free cleaning service promotion period?

The campaign period is between 24 June 2024 – 31 Aug 2024.

Can I participate by calling the customer care line or sending an email?

No, customers must download the TSmartLife app, register the product and submit the service request via the app. Our service team will contact the customers for appointment.

Is this free cleaning service applicable to all models?

This free cleaning service is available if you fulfill the following conditions:

a.  The functional front load washer/ frond load washer dryer for household purpose only.

b. Purchased before 1/1/2020 only.

Does the deep cleaning process require the dismantling of any components?

No, the deep cleaning process will be done at the customer's premises without any dismantling operation.

If my product is top load washer, purchased before 1/1/2020, can I get the free cleaning service?

No, top load washer customers can book for cleaning service with full charges. The campaign is for front load washer only.

If my product is front load dryer, can I purchase for the cleaning service?

No, cleaning process which uses high pressure water will damage the electrical components of dryer. 

Can I purchase the deep cleaning only without 1-year extended warranty?

Yes, customers are allowed to purchase service for deep cleaning only.

Can I purchase the 1-year extended warranty only without the deep cleaning?

No, customers are not allowed to purchase 1-year extended warranty only.

How long does it take to do the cleaning service?

It takes about 60 to 90 minutes to complete the service.

The extended 1-year general warranty will be effective from when?

It will be effective from the cleaning date at customer premises.

My product is entitled to the FOC cleaning but currently malfunctions / breakdown. Am I entitled to the FOC deep cleaning with a 1-year extended warranty?

No, it is recommended that customers call an authorized technician to repair the faulty set before purchasing the deep cleaning and 1-year extended warranty. As goodwill, TSS will assign an authorized technician to perform free inspection & quotation.

My product is over warranty and currently malfunction / breakdown, can I purchase the deep cleaning and 1-year extended warranty?

No, it is recommended that customers call an authorized technician to repair the faulty set before purchasing the deep cleaning and 1-year extended warranty. As goodwill, TSS will assign an authorized technician to perform free inspection & quotation.

I already submitted an application to purchase the deep cleaning and 1-year extended warranty, but how should I make payment?

Please make payment only after our technicians have completed the task at the customer premises. Before the technician leaves, please proceed with online banking payment or e-wallet to OCBC 7071040371 TOSHIBA SALES AND SERVICE. Please remark “Toshiba workorder number” for the transaction.
