We believe that to develop our country isn’t a job of government but everyone, every organizations have to help each other. The one who give is always happy than the one who take and this is not only about money but we can contribute our power and our good will too. When company give a chance for their employee to “give” to social throughout kinds of activity, they will feel that their jobs are more valuable not only for themselves and their families but to others. We are giving a chance that our employee can build up the future of Thailand by their own hands.
Toshiba Thailand’s social responsibility style is to let our employee create the activity and “do” by themselves for the successfulness. We will not hire any organizer to organize the activity because we believe that if we do it by our own heart and hand it will be success and impressed both giver and receiver more.

We set up many volunteer and giving activities such as blood donation, renovate school and temple in remote area. Especially when there is a big crisis such as flood, we never ignore to help the social and people.
Apart joining company’s CSR, we are also encouraging our employee to contribute good things back to the social by themselves. Those activities will be created and run by them for example giving food to orphan house, send new year wishes cards to soldiers at south of Thailand. We are trying to build up “Individual Social Responsibly (ISR)” in our company.
