TOSHIBA "A Gift Of Love"-Terms and Conditions
The “A Gift Of Love” event (the “Event”) is organized by MD (Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number: 201906062M) (the “Company” or “TOSHIBA”). By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
Event Mechanics are as follows:
(a) Within 1st February 2023, 00:00 hrs to 28th February 2023, 23:59 hrs, purchase Toshiba Steam Oven from any authorized retailers to participate in the Event.
(b) Eligibility for Event gifts redemption list as follow:
Gift Collection Deadline:
Each winner must redeem the gifts by 31st March 2023. Winners of the Event are not eligible to redeem gifts after the Gift Collection Deadline above mentioned. TOSHIBA Lifestyle Singapore retains the right to forfeit the entitled Gift(s) if gifts are not collected during the Gift Collection Deadline.
No extension of redemption period will be allowed. Products must be delivered and payment in full before redemption is allowed. Display sets are not eligible for promotion.
Toshiba reserves the right to replace any gift with an item of a similar or other value. Toshiba will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen redemption form(s) and gift(s). Promotion is applicable to end-consumers only; not trade, corporate, or bulk purchase. Toshiba reserves the right to reject any redemption form that is not submitted with the redemption documents or in accordance with these terms. Products purchased under promotion are not eligible for exchange and/or refund, save in accordance with warranty terms. Toshiba reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
