Great Toshiba Offering Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.

(b) This promotion is NOT applicable to commercial customers.

(d) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toshiba reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Promotion.

(e) To qualify for this Promotion, customers must:

Purchase made on the same day in the same authorized dealer store with a single or multiple receipts.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion will start on 1st October 2024 till 28th February 2025.

3. Promotion Mechanics

To qualify for this Promotion, customers must:

(a) Purchase made on the same day in the same authorized dealer store with a single or multiple receipts;

Purchase amount: SGD 999 and above, receive a NETS card worth SGD 50.
Purchase amount: SGD 1,999 and above, receive a NETS card worth SGD 100.
Purchase amount: SGD 2,999 and above, receive a NETS card worth SGD 150.
Purchase amount: SGD 3,999 and above, receive a NETS card worth SGD 200.

(b) Purchase made on the same day in the same authorized dealer store with a single or multiple receipts.

4. Redemption period

From 1st November 2024 till 15th April 2025.

5. Other Terms

(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees and consents that any personal data given by him/her to Toshiba is accurate and allows Toshiba to use it for marketing purposes in organizing, conducting, managing, and administering this Promotion.
(b) All the successful entries will be kept confidential with Toshiba.
(c) Toshiba reserves the right to disqualify any participant who did not meet the following requirements:

Suspected of fraud or dishonesty with the given information of the invoice details and product serial number during the prize collection, Toshiba will forfeit their winning prize.

(d) Toshiba’s artworks shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to product enhancement. Toshiba reserves the right to change the product images and any specifications at any time without prior notice.
(e) Toshiba reserves the right to revise any of the terms under these terms and conditions (including but not limited to varying the Promotion Period or Prize collection Deadline), or withdraw or alter any part of this Promotion at any time without prior notice and/or assuming any liability to any party.
(f) The above terms and conditions of this Promotion will be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
(g) The decisions of Toshiba on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. Toshiba shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Promotion.
(h) Toshiba shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with, the Promotion and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits, or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, or suspension by Toshiba of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Toshiba for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
(i) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
(j) A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
