Remove the shell and internal organs of the abalone, wash and clean it, and cut it into pieces.
Wash the chicken and pat it dry. Put it in a sealed bag and flatten it with a knife.
Invert a small heat-resistant bowl in a large heat-resistant bowl and spread all the ingredients on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
Place a steaming rack in the electric pressure cooker and add water up to the "STEAM" water level 2.
Put the bowl in the electric pressure cooker and close the lid.
Press the "Function" button and select the "Soup" function.
Press the "Timing" button and set the cooking time to 60 minutes and start cooking.
After cooking, remove the ingredients and the small bowl, and the remaining is the chicken essence.
Remove the surface oil and serve.
Tips:
You can add your favorite ingredients to make different types of chicken essence, such as garlic or red dates.
Flattening the chicken can make it easier to release its essence.
To facilitate the removal of the large bowl, you can fold a long and narrow piece of aluminum foil and place it at the bottom of the bowl. This will help you to remove the bowl easily after cooking.
